Default There has to be a better way

It looks like it’ll work but man it’s screaming redneck. Give me some recommendations or ways that you did the resistor conversion.

Have you got a photo so we can see more of the cart/how the seat will lay over that?

Here you go. I’ve seen some conversions and they have a nice bracket setup. But I guess you can get that without buying the whole kit.

If the license plate is sturdy enough to not move around it should hold the throttle OK.

I think you need more than one bolt holding the controller.

The controller has two bolts. Just hard to see.

I’ve got it all wired up. But it doesn’t move. Solenoid clicks. I double and triple checked the wiring. I found this diagram on here somewhere. I highlight each wire making sure it’s correct. Batteries are full (38.4).

The left or right sides of micro switches or solenoids don’t matter correct? Switches just make a connection....and about the same for solenoids, correct?

Time to start chasing voltages...I know there is a thread somewhere on here, can someone point me to it?

Maybe another disclosure is needed....it’s a Curtis 1204-410 controller. From a club car...I re-wired the pot box to output 5k-0. Maybe I should be looking at a club car wiring diagram.
