Default Need help finishing my upgrade

So I'm still stuck on upgrading my 2002 Ds cart.

I bought the entire kit from Scotty B. It included the controller, F/R switch, Solenoid, and new wires, and instructions.

I've looked at the wiring diagram for hours and I'm just not getting it. I've gone as far as I can. I honestly, thought this would be swapping out each part and just transferring the wires over. But there seem to be some wires that are moved and installed in different locations. I have serious doubts about my ability to finish this job without damage some of the components.

What I'm looking for is anyone who knows of a golf cart guru in the Brevard County, FL area, who is willing to come out to my home and help me finish this thing. I will pay for the help, or course. I don't think it'll take more that two or three hours to finish it.

Please let me know if you can help me out.

Thank you,

Sean

Post up some pictures here of what you have, and what you need help connecting.
If you have a series cart it may seem like there is "a ton of wires", they're really kinda simple if you break it down to each individual part.
It will also help you to have an understanding of how each individual part works, and how they all work together. Then if something does go wrong down the road you'll have a better idea of where to look.

Do you have this diagram? https://alltraxinc.com/wp-content/up...S-WIRE-DIA.pdf This probably looks a lot more complicated than it really is.

Where is your solenoid? You should have that mounted to the right of the controller.

I still haven't mounted it yet, because I'm not sure where it can go. I think the best place to mount it will be on the opposite side of the fire wall. Anywhere near the controller and I can't possibly fit the 2 gauge wire from the solenoid to the controller. Thanks for posting the wiring sheet. I do have the sheet and that is the paper that does not make much sense to me, unfortunately.
