Default Replaced cables to 2 gauge and cart doesn’t work.

I replaced all of the cables on my ezgo txt series cart and now the cart will not move in forward or reverse. I have power and solenoid click. My alltrax is not showing any error codes but I have no movement. Can anyone assist please?

Most likely an error in cable reattachment. Easy to do. Do you have your before and now an after picture of the F-R switch wiring for everyone to help you with diagnosis. That would help JohnnieB, an expert here, who will probably see this soon.

I took cables off one at a time and replaced one by one. So not sure how any would be wrong.

Connect your DVM between the controller's B- and M- terminals.
When pedal is pressed just far enough to make solenoid click, you should have FULL battery pack voltage between those two terminals.

If you don't, go looking for the missing voltage with the test lead that was on the M- terminal.

F/R switch is the most likely suspect.

Johnnie B I have a reversing contactor for my switch. Everything was working great on cart. One question I do have. Where does the green wire from key switch tie into?

Originally, green wire from keyswitch goes to pedal switch and that shouldn't have changed when reversing contactor was installed.

If the main solenoid is clicking, then there is a wire or some color connecting keyswitch to pedal switch.

Are the reversing contactor solenoids clicking??????

I just got it running after chasing more wires. My connection from B- on the controller to my reversing contactor came loose. She is now up and running and has some more pep with the new 2 gauge wires. Thanks for all the help wouldn’t be able to do it without this site!
