Default EZGO PDS runs then stops

2005 EZGO pds cart 36vnew motor 2019,stock Curtis controller (have switch it out with known good cart the other cart ran fine),new its, have jumped micro switch at its, jumped reed switch, new solenoid, batteries decent shape,. new speed sensor.
Start out on cart, level concrete cart goes 25 yards stops. If you let up on pedal and push down again, it takes off, no hesitation. Starts again, dies out, let off pedal starts again. Will run like that all day. Doesn't have to come to a complete stop to reset.
If I jack the rear up cart runs like normal, no cut out.
No codes, bypassed key switch and for\rev switch.
Any ideas? Thanks

Default Re: EZGO PDS runs then stops

Loose connection someplace. Doesn't happen on jackstands because cart isn't bouncing.

Likely suspects:

1. Red wire to J1 Pin-5. The wire originates on the solenoid's battery side large terminal, goes into the wiring shroud and splits, one leg to the beeper and the other to J1 Pin-5. The split is a "Sonic weld" and the branch that fails most often is the one going to J1 Pin-5.

2. F/R switch. The crimped on spade connectors get loose over time.

3. Plug/Jack interfaces on the controller.

All the wires highlighted on the attached schematic have to have battery pack voltage on them for cart to run, so monitor the voltage on them one by one until you find the one that is dropping out, stopping the cart.

Found the problem, magnet missing on motor shaft for speed sensor. Thanks for comments.
