Default 2016 RXV Motor Brake Question

Should I replace the motor brake if it releases when I swap the plugs under the seat? Does that mean that the brake is good and the problem is somewhere else in the cart? The cart will not run. I have ruled out the solenoid and the charge receptacle. Thanks

Need a little more information to really help. What is it doing during start up? How did you rule out solenoid and charge receptacle? Have you ohm'ed the parking break? Have you tried pulling up on both pedals when turning on the key? RXV's are pretty complex and any failure during start-up will render them inoperable.

In general....if it releases it is probably good. Also, in 2016 they went with the ‘sealed’ motorbrake, and I have seen far fewer problems since then. No guarantee

I have checked the voltage for each battery separately and collectively. I swapped out the solenoid and charge receptacle with ones from another running cart. I ended up replacing the motor brake today. It still does nothing. The reverse buzzer doesn't even sound. I tried pulling up on the pedals. Still nothing.
