Ok so I checked the charger and it already stopped after maybe 20 mins. Hopped on it and it drove like normal, didn't drive it much being so late but why in the hell would batteries being dead and not doing anything to seeming to have a full charge after only 20 mins or so?

Low storage capacity.

What is Age and Make/Model of batteries?

What is the overnight air temperature in your location?

Check the electrolyte levels in the batteries.

Circuit board in the charger is bad. It didn't charge over night so I jumped the relay on the board and it's charging up. Guess a new board will be ordered.

Batteries are new Duracell 6 volt GC2. Batteries are charging around 6.43 to 6.46v. Pack while charging is 38.98v.

Let them charge up to at least 46.0V before shutting off charger.

Normal cutoff for your charger is 45V +/-1V, but the batteries have been deeply discharged, so go to at least the upper end of the spec. Personally, I'd go up to about 48.5V.

They are probably going to gas like crazy, so keep an eye on the electrolyte levels.

Also, don't charge for more than 24 hours.
