Converting an older cart to newer alltrax
I have a older ezgo that has the resistor box I would like to convert it to solid state ..one big concern is the throttle and help would be great and even if you have some pics..

Also, here is a picture of a wiper type throttle for the resistor coils that somebody has added fixed 1kΩ resistors to, making a 0-5kΩ throttle in five steps. I'm not sure where that wiper assembly came from since the EZGO Marathon resistor drive only had 4 steps, but you could play with the resistor values some to get a four speed system. |
