another thing

when you can call alltrax and tell them you have a D&D motor and ask for the correct field map

not saying the #4 field map is wrong, just a good idea to check for that motor

next turn the undervoltage up to 20-25 volts, the lower the voltage goes the higher the chance you will blow the motor AND the controller

next set the over voltage to 60, i know your only runnin 36 but it would be an easy swap to 48 volts

the rest is up to you

the higher the throtle up rate the faster it will take off
throtle down doesnt do much so leave it at 5

set brake current to 0

and the turbo is up to you, but it can over heat the motor. but the little extra speed is nice

but by far the best thing to do is call alltrax! and make sure

my 2c

Cart is owned by mother-in-law who uses it on the farm for running around the property. The biggest interest is for the cart to stay together. She likes the speed she got from the stock motor. The new motor is a torque motor to handle the low speed hills and start/stop with a load (people or equipment).
I'll wait for AllTrax to come back to work!

Got a hold of Richard at All Trax. He sent me an email with an updated Field Map file #51. Also said everything else would remain the same - but he didn't ask what any of them were set at currently.
