What to buy?
I'm looking to buy another golf cart and was wondering if anyone would tell me what is the best kind to buy and re-do. I'm looking to get one that will go atleast 20. Really wanting to know if the pds model is something to look at or another model.
Also everything I read says upgrade the 36v to 48v for more speed. Can u go with 4 12v batteries to get that done or do u need 8-6v batteries. I'd really like to get 1 that needed batteries so I would know what I had. Any suggestions would be appreciated Brandon |

Re: What to buy?
If you want to up the voltage on a cart for more speed then you should stay with series cart. My series cart on 48v (six 8v fit in the battery frame) does 22 mph on 22 inch tires

Re: What to buy?
Yes, four 12v batteries would work but you would have a low runtime. As Scotty, pointed out, six 8v batteries will fit in the existing battery rack.
