replace diode still nothing ? what else should i check ?

if the diode was bad it should have popped the fuse also,take your voltage meter and set it to beep if you touch the two leads together,continuity setting, check the fuse with the tester one lead on one side the other on the other side, if it doesnt beep you need to replace it, if it does its good, depending on wich charger you have the fuse looks different, long fuse with metal ends, small flat black 50 fuse with metal flat pieces on both ends or in glass bubble on the front of charger , but you should also check the battery pack voltage, if its below 25 volts your charger wont come on anyway and youll have to charge batts. separately with a car charger to get voltage above 28 volts good luck and maybe a neighbor can help you wich the mutimeter,
