HD F&R Switch???
I have a 1997 EZGO TXT DCS cart. I have upgraded to an alltrax 400A controller and am trying to order parts to upgrade to 48V now. I am currently looking for a F&R switch but most I see say they are for nonDCS carts. Am I reading this wrong or can anyone point me in the right direction for which switch I need? I have done most of my parts research on Buggiesunlimited.com

I, too, have a similar question. I have 99 DCS and just upgraded controller to Alltrax DCX 400. Alltrax placed a warning label stating solenoid, diode, resistor and HD F&R switch. I've changed everything except HD F&R switch.
I have replaced the small microswitches (on the cam) with new ones. Is this sufficient so I don't blow the controller? any help is greatly appreciated |

The HD F&R switches are for the Series carts only. The DCS and PDS do use a HD F&R, their directional switching is done in the controller.
