CC IQ speed sensor questions

Has anyone ever appealed directly to Augusta, GA to get ClubCar's opinion? There should also be an easier way to diagnose the sensor with a multimeter or some way to troubleshoot the controller - though it also seems that Curtis did a poor job in their base program if it only ever spits out a faulty speed sensor...

Check out the link I posted you can do it with a multimeter or just an LED if you like

The sensor has power all the time with the run/tow switch on, so when connecting or disconnecting batteries put the run/tow switch in TOW
