Re: 95 club car/ admiral motor 48 vlts
the cart has two solenoids, the control module (brain) has a1,a2,f1,f2p,n. the motor has a1,a2,s1,s2. both sloenoids are currently closed all the time . no reverse buzzer noise. 48 volts at batterys. when i ck voltage at motor post they have 48 at a1&a2, 12v at s1&s2. no response from anything when i push down on acc. pedal. have ck the two fuses i have found. last wk we got what is supposed to be the right motor, it at least hs the speed sensor hook up.

Re: 95 club car/ admiral motor 48 vlts
also, on the picture of wiring diagram. it is hard to tell about the position of the wires on the solenoid. and does the pic apply if it is a older model with no tow switch ? reason i ask is i am attempting to remove some of the extra wires on the solenoids. i have also uncovered some burnt wiring ( some repaired, some not ).

Re: 95 club car/ admiral motor 48 vlts
That motor is not compatible with that controller. The motor is a series unit and the controller is for SHUNT (or Regen) system. Trying to make them work together will most likely damage the controller (brain)
