1997 club carblack controller box

took #1 solenoid off and it checks bad--can' get one till tomorrow
will keep you updated
if this was the problem I am going to put old controller back on and see if it was bad--- or do you think that is what burnt out the solenoid?

no I do not think a a controller can cause a solinoid to burn up. Probably just tired of working ( U how that feels )
It is worth a shot to go back and test old controller.
Make sure U unplug the pack , Last - NEG in pack first , then the first +POS in pack to prevent arcing !

If U'r keeping the cart , I would suggest U buy a manual , I bought mine the same day I bought the cart.

I don't have a manual. only what I sent you. Club Car doesn't publish their manuals online. You might find someone who has one though.

that went to sec.13 and I am sure i will use most of that---sec. 20 is the electrical---thanks for the help

section 20a and 20b in my 96 book discuss OBC and trouble shooting ,
BUT U would have to have a CDM to use the diagnostic readout for the OBC
