Default Wont charge

Working on a CC Pres. installing rear seat and it was dead they brought a charger but it wont do anything tried another one still nothing tried both chargers on another cart and they both worked on it. where would I begin to look for the problem ?

Measure across the pack to check the voltage. From what I've learned here the charger will not come on if the battery pack is below a certain level.

The gang here will appreciate year, volts and any other detail you can provide to help ya.

check the voltage of the batteries 1st it needs to have approx 38 volts for the charger to come on so you might have to charge each one with an auto charger and than try the charger.......if it still dosn,t come on than you have an issue.......................................

Ok thanks Ill check the voltage and if its below 38 then I have to charge each one individualy or maybe just one enough to bring it up to let the cart charger kick in ?
