Default Diamond Plate Rockers g16a

Do the rockers completely replace the plastic rocker cover and the metal trim piece, or do they go over them. I have called two different sponsors and got two different answers. I have mine apart to paint the frame and might as well change them out now if that replace both of those pieces on both sides. Thanks for the help fellas!

Bama, since nobody has responded, I will tell you, my car came with those on, and they were on over the top of the plastic ones. But they looked bad, poor fit, and just junk in my opinion! I've never seen a good fit with them, so I wouldn't use them. Sorry, but I would get new OEM plastic ones instead.

Good luck with your choice, Mike

Yours have the Yamaha written on them. What year are those from? I guess all the g14-g22 are the same? They appear to be. Let me know, I would like to order the ones with the writing like those.

Hi Bama if you look on ebay find a guy from final approach golf cars. He makes the best fitting parts. If he cant get it right he doesnt sell them, try him, his name is Dale. His ebay name is hilltopheaven I bought G2 rockers from him solid 1 piece with nice stainless fastners. No drilling& perfect fit. On your cart he lists them for $58.00

Bama, mine are probably from a G 21 or 22. Just tell who ever you order them from, you want the ones that say "Yamaha" . But typical Yamaha, the fit and finish is superior!!
