Default 2007 Club Car DS - Very slow at 42 volts

I have a 2007 Club Car DS - another issue not mentioned in previous tread. Concerned about the charger not replenishing the batteries, I took voltage readings on all four batteries, readings accross the bank was 42 volts.

Battery one - 12
Battery two - 10
Battery three - 12
Battery four - 9

Digital Voltage meter no decimel reading.

This cart should be running normal. However, it barely moves. Any ideas what and where to check. I downloaded the owners manual, but it has nothing for service. Also, is this symptom something that would car the charger breaker to trip.

its a 48 volt cart with 42 volts and less when you put a load on it.......thats your problem i,m surprised its even moving at all..............at 48 volts your batteries are 50% discharged...............you need a set of batteries or those batteries really need more time charging cause 42 volts dosn,t cut it at all..........if those readings are after a full charge than i would suggest a new set, charge them complete and than let them sit overnight and take readings next day..... if you get readings of approx 12.5 or higher then load test them but if they are the readings after a full charge don,t waste your time.............................

Thanks for the comment. It is definetly a charging issue. Hopefully they will come back to life.
