1986 club car,4new batts., low power
36v, 4 new batteries, 2 refreshed w/epsom salts then new acid and charged,i am reading less than 6 volts on the refreshed batts. when assembled, the cart will barely move. i have cleaned many ,but not all existing connections . all major #6 cables and conns. have been cleaned. will 2 subpar batts. cause this? my first foray into carts, i will get 2 more new batts. if advised to do so. replaced one relay<solenoid?>all of them click in in sequence with cart jacked up, just no power to the ground<torque> any help appreciated. j.

Always remember that a carts battery power is only as good as the worst battery in the pack.
