Default 36v LED build

So I ordered some parts to prototype a 36v LED headlight. I figure with a 36v design I can pull power from the full bank of batteries instead of 2 at a time.

There will be much experimentation involved, and it may or may not be worthwhile, but I wanted to play with LED circuits anyway so I thought I'd give it a shot. First design will be a 2 x 24 array of 7500mcd 25º lamps, straight out of a clear enclosure. I'm not expecting much, but it'll give me somewhere to start.

If/When I get that far I'll probably do them at 36v as well. But I might just not bother; cart never hits the road, it's just a utility cart for the ranch.

I'm not afeared of creative wiring, when necessary

What were your thoughts? Like I said, at this stage I'm just playing, but I would like to LED-ize the whole thing. It's an oldie but a goodie. . .

They actually sell 12v LED factory look tail lights. That's what I run, they look real nice. The brake light circuit is REALLY bright.

Just didn't want to see ya reinvent the wheel, unless you like that sort of thing, and then hey, go for it.

Of course, I was assuming you had a TXT bodied cart. If older than that, everything I just typed does not apply, LOL.

Yeah, it's a 1990 Shuttle. It's been several years since I acquired the cart, and the lights have never been hooked up, I just wanted a project :p
