Default 1998 Series TXT Help

Key switch on, in gear, pedal depressed. Nothing. No solenoid click, nothing. Where to start? Pack voltage is 38.2 and all connections have been checked.

Check the reed switch, it is in your charger port. Try bypassing the wire and see if the solenoid clicks then. It is a small wire within the charger port, I do not have a picture anymore to provide.

Thanks Lurker, the reed switch was the problem and has been bypassed for temporary measure.

You can permanently leave it bypassed. these were a problem so EZGO deleted them. It was designed so you couldn't drive off with the charger connected to the cart. I just put my charger cord through the steering wheel so it doesn't get forgotten!
