Power converter
I bought a 36volt 2002 club car.It has a 36 to 12 volt converter that runs my lights.When I turn the lights on it makes a hissing noise.Not sure if its normal?Any input would be great help

A loose conn. or a short may sound like hissing but is actually arcing...

Not sure about a fan. The sound is continuous and doesnt change
