Default Alltrax 48400 High throttle underrange

I've got an 03 ezgo pds 36v that I've converted to 48v. After in installed the new batteries, the alltrax xct48400 controller is showing the High throttle input underrange error, causing it to shut down. Does anyone know why this could be happening and also how to fix this issue? thanks

Does the controller flash 4 green when it is first powered up?
Does the solenoid click?

Thanks for replying so quick Scottyb!
Yes the controller blinks 4 times then solid. The solenoid clicks and the cart moves but only a short distance then shuts down. I went in the toolkit to monitor it and it shows the error when the throttle is fully pressed. It wasn't doing this before the 48v conversation. I took it back down to 36v thinking that was the problem but it does it at 36v also.

I opened the toolkit and made sure the ITS throttle was selected. Alltrax sent a new field map also. Still showing the same error code. I still have the 36v charger port installed. Could that be whats causing it?

Measure the voltage between the Black (C4 Pin-2) and White (C4 Pin-1) ITS wire at the controller.

When pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click, you should have 10V. The High Throttle Under range means it is significantly less than 10V.

When pedal is pushed to floor, the voltage should decrease to 6V.

Also, check the voltage between C4 Pins 1 & 2 on the controller with the C4 plug disconnected. Should be above 10V.

Ok with the c4 plug in Im getting 5.3 and when the pedal is pushed to the floor I'm getting 3.5
At the controller with the plug out im only getting 7.8

Suggest you contact Alltrax (or the vendor you got the XCT from) and tell them the throttle voltages you get.

One more question, Do you think it could be a bad solenoid?

The solenoid has nothing to do with the bad throttle voltages.

Lol yea I figured that out after buying a new one. I also installed a new ITS sensor and now the throttle is saying 100% all the time and still having the same issue.
