One more thing, I can’t seem to find a 60v charger, any ideas?

I guess you could use a 12v charger on the single battery and your current charger on the other 4 batteries. Kinda annoying but it would work

Give us some information on that D&D motor you referenced in your original post. From the replies I thought you were running a stock motor.

I have put 32 series AGM batteries in it
Thats the only thing that stuck out to me in his outline. I'm not familiar with this particular series of battery - but in past a number of people have tried Marine AGM storage cells (if that's what they are) in golf carts with fairly poor results. They just don't seem to have the deep amps (AKA lead) needed to pull under hard load, as well as purpose built golf cart batteries. That may explain some of the reduced hill climb capability, at least.

What do you want for the motor and will it fit a 2007 club car, to be honest I may sell the alltrax as well and go with there new 72v SR and add two more batteries. I live on a rather hilly golf coarse with some pretty steep hills. (I just like having the bragging rights cart on the coarse)

I think they are a lot of unknown variables here before giving out advice to increase your speed.

1. What AH batteries do you have?
2. Which charger are you using?
2. Which Alltrax controller do you have?
3. What D&D motor are you using?
4. Which map do you have for the motor?
5. What kind of battery cables are you using?
6. What kind of 23" tires do you have and are the inflated properly?

And yes, you should upgrade your stock FNR switch.

EDIT: I see Hunter beat me to a few of my questions....I type too slow.
