Default 2011 clubcar precedent

Hello guys I'm A newbie so please bare with me. So here is my problem. A couple of years ago my 2011 precedent went into what I learned was limp mode and after some research I found out that the problem was the speed sensor so I replaced it and all was well. last summer I noticed A power drop and my voltage light coming on not long after charging and also strange speed changes and sometimes seemed to lose power all together at half pedal or so. So I assumed that all the strange issues were due to the batteries knowing they were over 5 years old. So A few weeks ago I replaced the batteries got on and hit the pedal and it did this hard bumping thing and wouldn't go and I kept trying and that's all it would do. so after a while it finally took off but if I went all the way and let off pedal real quick it would slam on brakes really hard but if I let up slow it was fine also if I press pedal all at once it would go back into limp mode again. I only use the cart on the weekends during the summer because its at my place at the lake. so the next weekend I went back and sure enough all it would do is take off strong and go back to 8mph. In limp mode again. So I replaced the speed sensor again and it still didn't fix the problem. Also when I took the other speed sensor off it appeared to be slightly melted on one side and deformed and had to pry it off with a screwdriver. I also did the roll away test and there was no buzzer or braking. sorry for the long thread but I felt I needed to tell the whole story. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you getting the Chinese on-line versions? They are notorious for failing prematurely or right out the box. They are cheap imitations of the OEM.

Here is one from, revolution golf cars. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/motors (scroll down)
