The suite seats have four bolts for each seat back. My seats only have two bolts on each side. The seat bottom does not have a place to mount the brackets that the front of the seat uses to slip into the slots on the front.

On the "old style seats there is an aluminum tube frame that goes all the way around the seat base and incorporates the handles on the sides. The upper hinge halves are mounted to that tube frame instead if to the wood base itself. Most shops that do cart builds will have the seatback brackets and frame tubes laying around, left over from previous builds. We have people go from old style to new pretty regularly but not really the other way around.

So I need the old style tube frame to mount the seat bottom to. That seems doable, what about the backs?

After looking at my parts manual, I see what I need. I'll call David tomorrow and see if he can help me out with the parts I need. I'll undate when I get this all sorted out. Thanks guys for the help, who knows I may not be that stupid after all.
