Question Not sure if Used Cart came with the correct OBC

Bought this 2009 Club Cart ds used and it is not running going thru the trouble shooting manual , I keep getting lead back to the OBC but the one in the manual seems to be different then the one installed on the cart. Cart has 4 - 12volt batteries Serial # AQ0901 -987420. If it is the wrong one can I bypass it?

Thanks for the Help.

Looks pretty original to me. What is the model # on it?

What was throwing me off is it doesn’t have the gray wire like the manual shows?

That's the correct OBC, but the ground wire bolted to the OBC is a big problem. You should never ground anything to the frame on an electric cart. The black wire in question should be attached to a ground block located just below the OBC. This will provide negative power to the ground block to make it easy to add lights or other accessories in the future without having to remove the controller cover. The grey wire you're looking for comes out of the wire loom along with the 10 gauge black negative cable from the charger receptacle. On a DS, it's hardwired into the back of the OBC, unlike a Precedent which uses a quick connect.
