Re: Got some issues with a cart but first need help in identifying exactly what type
Yes, but all you have to do is run a wire from the small solenoid post where the yellow wire is connected directly to pack negative.
The OBC provides the negative activation for the Solenoid on that yellow wire. |

I actually tried that earlier and still no go. I did not however have continuity between M- and S1 (if I remember correctly) on the motor when the f/r switch was in FOWARD. All the other continuity test for the F\R switch we’re fine but that one. So it’s possible I have an F/R switch issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Look closely at the wiring diagram for that cart. Make sure the FNR (and the motor) are wired correctly.

Ohh they are...the cart WAS running before. Then ran intermittently and then stopped.

I may have been wrong about that exact test but one of the four continuity test for the F/R switch didn’t pass.

I could be wrong. I left my glasses in the house and there's a heck of a storm right now. But I think that wire would affect F or R. Not shut down everything.

I was just thinking out loud until Sergio can get back to you. He knows 1000 times more than I do.
