2006 DS 48Volt wiring diagram
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2006 DS 6-8volt cart? Sometimes it stops then 2-3 minutes later, it will move again. Once in a while it will not move when cold. Then later it will move. Thanks for any and all help.

You have the classic symptoms of a failed MCOR. The MCOR is the foot control switch mounted beneath the floorboard on the passenger side. As they fail, the internal microswitch becomes intermittent and will work sometimes, other times it won't work at all. Your particular DS came with an MCOR1, which is no longer in production for Club Car. There are Chinese clones all over the internet, but the quality is poor. The correct part for your cart would be an MCOR4 conversion kit, part number AM293101. I have a diagram for your cart I can send you. Just need your email address.
