2003 G22E, programmable controller?

Can anyone confirm if a G22E that is 2003 comes with a programmable controller that can be programmed for more speed?

Depends on the controller and certain years of the G-22 and Im not sure which it applies too. A dealer can buy a code from Yamaha for the PTV version and increase speed to 19 mph.

I have a 2006 G-22 with the PTV speed code in it.
