Is the solenoid clicking? Do you have a volt meter? Did you check the fuse?

rev buzzer works swicth to forward no solenoid clicking fuse looks good what checks from here Thanks

Make sure the Run/Tow switch is in Run mode. Look for obvious broken wires, corrosion on the battery terminals. Without a volt/ohm meter your not going to be able to diagnose it very well. Do you know what the battery voltage is?

tested each batt 8v made sure run tow was set to run tested power one side of solenoid seams ok

Have you tried jumping the relay? If it runs with the relay jumped the relay is bad, if not the problem is somewhere else. Before making/breaking any connections make sure you place the run/tow switch in tow mode.

You also may want to try putting the "run/tow" switch into tow and leave it there for 5 minutes. This will "drain" voltage out of the computer and basicly start from scratch. Many times it will "reset" the computer and the car will now run. I have found it works quite offen.
