Royal Ride Club car ds clicking sound
Golfing today cart was parked on a slight incline. Got back into the cart. Stepped on forward pedal and would not move. It was making a continuous clicking sound. Tried reverse not moving. So I disengaged the brake and let the cart roll backwards say 10 feet. Put it forward and it started to move. Any ideas what happened. Thanks in advance.

Re: Royal Ride Club car ds clicking sound
I'm sure others will also chime in asking about age, batteries etc... that will help provide better information. However, the fact that moving the cart a few feet 'could' be an indicator that the brushes and/or commutator may be worn and by moving the cart you found a good spot to get going again.
