Default Another cart that will not move

Hey everyone, so first problem 2013 cart and it will not move, the backup buzzer stays on in reverse and forward, sometimes in neutral. Talked to Bob, he said most common problem was the brake. I replaced that and same result.

Curtis controller, 4-12 volt batteries all read 12.5 to 12.9 volts. Total pack is around 50.1v.

Read almost every post and did every test I could, everything checks out. Start up sequence I hear the Solenoid and the brake click the wheels move under motor check.

This thing is driving me crazy, hope it’s not the controller, could it be the key switch or the accelerator position sensor?

Reverse buzzer in any direction? including neutral? RXV?

Sounds like what happens if someone has previously cut the reverse buzzer out, put it back in circuit, and programmed the error out of the controller so cart would run. Usually causes it to sound off in any direction. Damage has been done--replace the controller

Bob also mentioned this in some other threads. Programming out the reverse buzzer 'check' will allow such a damaged controller to power up and pass the sequence, but it will buzz in any mode and during driving.

You have this issue confused with what happens on an older Danaher (2008-12) RXV where it fails the POST by going 'beep! beep! beep!' and won't run. That's the 25107 Brake slipping error. That error only happens in reverse or forward if the motor turns ever so much during that twist test. Won't happen in neutral at all.

No the Buzzer sounds in every switch position, I narrowed it down to the key switch(also the forward reverse switch), And yes it is a 2013 RXV with a Curtis controller.

I ordered a new one for $25 and had it going within 10 minutes of the package being delivered.

I had a 2013 doing the same thing and a new key switch fixed it as well.
