Cushman titan upgrade
So just acquired a cushman titan 1998 truck , it’s currently setup 36volt and thinking about changing over to 48v as the motor itself has 36v or 48v, which made me wonder why didn’t they do that in the beginning ( any thoughts on that appreciated) so other than a few more batteries what other considerations would anyone have , the controller needs to be changed any other parts or suggestions, as well as schematics, I’m aware a of wire loads as well so all that will be upgraded, it’s really a cool truck, can’t wait to dig into this one and post some pics, I’ve not really seen any pics out their on this one, also should I keep it original or go rouge and make it a beach truck or something groovy, lol, does keeping it original maintain value, do these have any collectors value as they age
Really thanks for any thoughts, suggestions |

Re: Cushman titan upgrade
Take a look at the controller and see which one it is. Some of them will run on 48 or are programmable.. If not just convert it and never look back.
