I shot you a DM. We can discuss it further there. Thanks.

If you click on the Community link at the bottom of their page it takes you to a Facebook page:Amazon &Energy Storage Battery. One of the posts says go to Amazon to order.

We have canceled this companies invoice and put them on hold as of now until further investigation to make sure they are a reputable company our members can shop. If anyone else has anything to add concerning this company, please let me know.

An email address of beautiful.leon8866@outlook.com is quite unprofessional for my liking. They have now changed it to info@cloudenergybatteries.com on their website from what I've seen. From their cut and paste website text, this company seems to be a work in progress, hopefully not a here today, gone tomorrow company, but possibly. I don't know if Jason has any further info on them.

I just went through their web page and it states
Quote:
constant discharge 150A, instantaneous discharge 300A, peak discharge 1000A.
with no mention of time. What's the difference between instantaneous and peak in this case?

I have shared all the discrepancies I have found so far. I will publicly say I'm not saying this is a bad company or sells bad product.

I am just pointing out red flags in information that I have seen on their website after I did more research after I already placed a order once I saw they were a site sponsor.

I should have researched more before pressing buy. I will keep everyone updated here if they cancel my order like I requested or if I am sent a product I will test it out and provide feedback on the product as well.

As pat pointed out it could be a case of a in progress company and if so cheers to them for tying to stick around and grow. My unsolicited advice to them is if they can pay to be a sponsor here they can pay someone to cleanup all the inaccuracies in their website!

All good. I thought you may have had further info you were not willing to share publicly at this stage.

Very good advice as they do look very amateurish at this stage.

I'll also add that clicking on Military Discount takes you to a blank page.

Don't play that game. Tell them if they charge, or have charged, your credit card you will dispute the charges because of discrepancies on their website. Document everything so you have a legit case with the credit card company. If they haven't shipped there's no reason for them not to cancel the order

As of right now I do not belive there will be a need for that drastic of action. They have been in communication and have assured me once the payment clears the system it will be refunded.

I have it in email form. All of the screen shots oftheir systems are in Chinese so here is to hoping this has been All misunderstanding and a case of all the red flags being legitimate lost in translation mistakes that they will rectify to become another player in the game.

The emails I received were from the new email address- info@cloudelectric.com

They were signed:

Best wishes
cloudenergy
pinkie

After going through their website and checking out their meet our team page I found that Pinkie is listed as customer support lead in their customer service group. Also the older unprofessional email address used on the conflicting returns page I found ties back to the founder of the company Lester.

So all things that are helping settle some of the uneasiness. Also shows that the company may indeed just be growing a bit quicker then they were ready for causing this wild inaccuracies. Will update with a new post after my order is officially cancelled and I will reach out once that happens to them with all the concerns I have about the conflicting information that I have seen and what others have shared here as well.

With any luck they will be receptive to my help and will clean up their website with complete and accurate information. If this happens I could see myself placing another order once the red flag items have been addressed.
