G16a not charging

G16a running the battery down. Checked all connections and voltage at all connections and they are good. Could it be just a bad battery. When it starts going dead the cart slows down as well. New starter as well

Does the voltage drop below 11 volts when you crank it? Might be bad cell in battery. Whats the voltage as the engine runs? Should be above 12 volts. Like 14 or better. If not then its not charging.
