Default '98 C.C. DS 48volt- solenoid??

I can jump the solenoid and it runs both directions. No click from solenoid without jumper , but a very slight movement forward or reverse. Then nothing.
I have replaced solenoid twice... same thing. 50 pack volts. Any advice?

Use a meter to find out what the activation circuit is missing = (+) or the (-) The problem may be the OBC as it has control of one of those.

I found a bad limit switch on the FnR. Changed all 3 just for grins. Get a click from the solenoid , a faint movement, then zilch. I have to wait awhile to get another click. Still not getting voltage at small terminals on solenoid.

Check the throttle input signal.

Which drive system is this?
