Default Club Car year model

Trying to help a friend with his CC DS. He thinks it is a 1990. I looked at at the stickies and the serial number (A0016-884060) looks to me to be a 2000. It has a Vglide and resistor coils. Help me confirm what year this cart is.

Thanks guys
Dave

Yup, 2000 DS 36v. What's wrong with it?

Nothing really. The poor guy is one of those that doesn't know which end of a screwdriver to use. He is thinking of trying to upgrade to a newer cart. I asked him what year it was and he had no clue. Cart is not in bad shape. Batteries are 4 years old (he thinks). Seats need recovering. No windshield. Golf course cart. Cart runs ok. Got any idea what it might be worth?

Thanks for the response CC.

I'd say probably anywhere between $1250-$1500. Got any pics?

Sold this one for $1,575. It was a 1999 48volt. One year old batteries, new seat covers and top cover and newer paint.

No pics. Nice guy. He is a retired high school football coach so he is a little light in funds for a new cart. Trying to help him out if I can. I guess I just inherited another cart to maintain. No sweat.

Thanks CC
