Default silencer pads

Well in the process of repainting all the plastic on my cart I removed the foam pads that were stuck under and behind most of the panels. What did any of you replace that with?

I don't know if the foam/heat sheild pads are even available anymore. You could alway's use that cool sound deadening/foil faced underlayment for under carpet's for cars. I wouldn't even worry about them. You already did the hard part...getting that stuff off

I know that was a pain in the *** removing all that adhesive so we could paint both sides.

3M trim adhesive might work. I'm sure you can get it someplace not sure where though. They also use it in sleds. There is foam type stuff sold for car audio too.
