Fastest way to check motor!
I just purchased a 98' Yamaha G16 with a 36V motor. What is the fastest way to check to see if the motor and controller are still good without having all the batteries yet? I will not get my batteries until after christmas.

You need at least 24 volts to check the controller in most cases. you can check the motor with an auto battery charger
