So how much above 48v can I go?
I got a 2005 G22 all stock. I thought a good bang for the buck would be to up the voltage right off the bat and see if thats enough.
Would my charger be able to charge a higher voltage pack or do I have to separate the extra battery? How high can I safely go? |

Adding a battery is not exactly what we call extreme If it's a Yamaha you are in the right spot.
You can go as high as your wallet will take you. 72v?96v? 108? Most guys go 48 volts and are quite satisfied. any more and you start to get some expensive issues.... You will need a charger rated for the voltage you want to run. ... read around and enjoy the forum |

Both Nate and GarageBuilt have experience with 100+ volts. They don't last long, but they go like snot!
