Batterys seeping around caps
Since it has gotten hot weather my batterys always seem to have some fluid around the caps, it has gang caps on the batterys. Is this normal? I saw a old post about putting vasaline on the rubber seals or can I switch to the individule caps to keep them clean. The water level is just above the plates. any advice would be great. Thanks Vee-P

Re: Batterys seeping around caps
My caps weep also. I'm not sure if this is normal or not as I'm new to carts. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Re: Batterys seeping around caps
I pretty sure this is normal, mine weep also. That is why it is important to have distilled water on hand to top them off when getting low. I have seen many people ignor this and cook the batteries. If it is excessive, finding it all over the ground, you may have a over charging problem.
