G8E Yamaha diode

I am troubleshooting my 3 G8E carts. None will run. I am using the service manual and used my ohm meter to test the diodes. All 6 tested bad so I am wondering if maybe it is my method or meter. Do these go bad often? Is it possible that my meter does not put enough current in for testing the continuity of these diodes?

T have all 6 bad is unlikley,but possible I guess. Maybe try another volt meter,set on continuity with a "beep" feature. Should hear a beep with the leads on the post, then switch the leads and there should be no beep....."beep beep"
