Default Need Help With an All of Sudden Slow Cart

My cart has been running fine and all of a sudden it only runs at a very slow speed. When you first get in and take off it is normal for about 5 seconds and then it's like a governor kicks in and the speed drops way down. You can drive it around but very slow and very little power. If it helps diagnose the problem, my downhill regen braking has stopped working also.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OBC is bypassed because I'm using a smart charger

Thanks Shadowman - another sympton is sometimes when you get in, turn key on, and press pedal you get nothing. After a few times turning key off on on, pressing pedal, and turning forward reverse switch on and off it will go. So does this make it sound more like the regen solenoid?

Thanks

regan solenoid shouldn,t have anything to do with your last post but i would like to see what david thinks....these reagans are a peice of work and they are a bit different.....theres a simple test to check for speed sensor issue its in the stickies you may want to try that to see if you can at least eliminate that as a problem......................
