Default passenger side breake grabs..maybe?

Hello everyone-
I could use your help again. My 2003 club car DS as a problem with the rear passenger breakes grabing. I pull the wheel and drum and adjust the shoes and it appears to work fine until the cart gets warms and the breakes start to grab again. It will also make a thumping sound and the cart will only crawl at about 2 mph. I was going to turn or replace the drum to see if that's the problem. The shoes appear fine. I saw in another post it might be wheel bearings.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

no, not yet. I am planing on getting new 12" wheels and tires and a lift kit after I figure out this problem.

I've replaced a few over active self adjusters. If this is happening you can back the shoes off manually and brake a few time then they start to get touchy.
