Yes, but you will not have memory since every time you turn the key off it will kill all the power

All you would need to do is on the load side of the key switch is run a hot wire from it, to the reducer and also a neg wire from the last battery in series to the reducer. This wireing is based on not having a control wire that switches the reducer on then off. Once that is wired in you come off the reducer with the POS 12 volts to the fuse panel and then have a neg from the fuse panel to the battery. This way you can wire all of your accessories seperate and each ahve its on fuse.

On edit if your reducer has a control wire, then run it to the key switch. There will be a seperate lead to goto your battries..IE POS to 1st battery, NEG to last battery.
If I run a wire from the keyed power side of the key switch to the reducer will the key switch handle the amps? The 25 amp reducer I'm looking at lists a 15 amp draw to provide 12 volts at 25 amps. Another question, if I am not running anything from the reducer (all accessories off) how much power does a reducer pull, and what about just the stereo memory? Thanks.

That is for a reducer with no control wire.

no. you will need a relay or contactor.

This varies from one design to another... You can measure it with a multimeter. If its too high, you can use a small 12V battery for the memory backup.

Either A. use a relay or B. Run a hot straight from the battery to the reducer.

The draw from the reducer and the memory for the radio is very little and not a concern as long as you are keeping the batteries properly charged
