Default 98 CC 48v F/R switch

Have had problems w switch for some time. Have been reengineering southern style for quite awhile and at point where I need new switch. One of the floating copper contacts that is connected to the motor lead keeps melting and freezing into the plastic and therefore not making good contact. ?'s. 1. Where can I get one that can stand up to 48v. Do they make a switch for 48v or are they universal? 2. Can you purchase just the two pieces of the switch and reuse all the copper contacts? 3. Is it possible that the melting switch means there is a bigger problem elsewhere. 4. How many $'s can you expect a good quality switch to cost? Much obliged my friends.

It is best to get a new switch, when the contacts heat up they soften or melt the housing, this lets the contact sink in the plastic housing and forever compromises the connect reducing the chance of a trouble free F&R.
THEY do make a HD F&R and we make one too
