14" Wheel Offset for YDRE / G29 / Drive
Need to get confirmation from someone about what wheel offset will fit on my '07 YDRE. I've seen several pictures of 14" wheels with low profile tires, and every one of them has the tire slightly tucked to fit under the fender in the rear.
Example 1 AND Example 2 I "think" what I need is a 14x6 with a 3+3 (no offset). Do I have this right? |

Re: 14" Wheel Offset for YDRE / G29 / Drive
Been studying tires for my "Drive" for days. You are correct 3+3 or "Centered" offset would work best on 14's. I talked a couple of dealers today that are putting centered offset 14" wheels on Drives. I am looking to go with 215/40-12 on mine and contemplating offsets. One dealer told me not to go too far off centered offset because of camber issues causing uneven tire wear.
