Default Transformation +++ Couple Speed Questions!

Here's the before and after of my G8 - once I started I couldn't stop, lol!

Here's our two beach cruisers...the one on the left is an EZGO with about 10k into it!

I'm running (4) 12 volt batteries (old owner setup) is this causing me to lose speed? What should I do next, upgrade the motor to a high speed motor (stock in there now) or get 6 volt trojans?

I'm also running the new SPM 400 amp controller.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
