Default need yamaha help

i am working on a 96 yamaha g19e 48 volt finally figured out the wiring an dgot it going the wife and kids rode it for a few minutes came back and stopped then decided to move it and now it will do nothing the solenoid has power on both small post but it doesnt click. this cart has the run tow switch but it dosent maatter which position its in. is my solenoid bad
