Battery disconnect for a 48V Fairplay?
Since the battery charger cannot keep up with the parasitic current draw, and I'm not around enough to keep up with the cart, I'd like to install a battery disconnect switch.
As it is, I pull the cables, but that's a real PIA... Any recommendations? The only 48v switches I find are rated to 300amp, and I saw where the cart can draw at 400amps.... Thinking that might be a problem... |
